What we collect

• Account email, session information, and sign-in records.
• Uploaded product photos, product descriptions, generation parameters, target language, and image ratio.
• Generated result images, download archives, task logs, error logs, and async task status.
• Credit ledger entries, admin audit records, and necessary security evidence.

How we use the data

The data is used to provide login, upload, generation, download, single-image regeneration, and credit ledger features.

We also use it for abuse prevention, security maintenance, and error investigation. Analytics only applies if we explicitly enable it later.

Third-party processors

The service currently depends on Better Auth, Resend, Neon Postgres, Cloudflare R2, AI image generation models (including GPT-Image-2 and Nano Banana), Trigger.dev, and payment service providers for checkout, billing portal, webhooks, and prompt moderation.

Current model disclosure

SkuHero AI uses AI image generation models including GPT-Image-2 and Nano Banana. The system automatically selects the optimal model for each generation task.

If the public production model selection changes, we will update this policy and the public website disclosure.

User rights and retention

Users can request access, correction, or deletion of account-related data, and can ask to delete uploaded images and generated outputs.

Audit logs, accounting records, and dispute-handling data may be retained for security, compliance, or operational needs. ZIP archives currently default to 3600 seconds.

Security measures

Server-side authentication, admin authorization, storage access control, and audit records are used to reduce misuse and billing disputes.
