Service definition

SkuHero AI is an ecommerce-focused AI Product Image Generator, not a generic gallery, asset marketplace, ad system, payment platform, or template market.

SkuHero AI provides an ecommerce workflow interface built on top of third-party AI model providers and is not affiliated with those providers.

User responsibility

• Users must own or have rights to upload the photos, brands, trademarks, product descriptions, and related assets.
• Users must not upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, NSFW, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Users should review whether the generated result is appropriate for Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, independent stores, or ad channels.

AI output limits

AI outputs may contain text mistakes, product-detail drift, spelling anomalies, or layouts that do not fit every platform rule.

The service does not guarantee 100% accurate outputs, and it does not guarantee that the product body will never deform.

Accounts and credits

SkuHero AI uses credits for image generation. Paid checkout, billing portal access, and subscription events are processed through the active payment service provider where commercial billing is enabled.

Current model disclosure

SkuHero AI uses AI image generation models including GPT-Image-2 and Nano Banana. The system automatically selects the optimal model for each generation task.

SkuHero AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or any model provider. If the model selection changes, the public site and policy pages should be updated.

Availability and limits

The current stage does not promise production-grade availability. Third-party model, mail, database, storage, or task-platform failures can affect the service.
