Credit return policy

SkuHero AI separates cash refund handling for paid orders from automatic credit returns inside the product; this credit return policy is not a cash refund policy. Credit deductions, returns, and admin adjustments follow the ledger records.

Automatic credit return

• Batch generation precharges credits by image count, then returns credits per failed image.
• Single-image regeneration failures return the credits for that failed version.
• Returns must be tied to a specific image or version, not a fuzzy whole-order refund.

No automatic return

• The image succeeds, but the user dislikes the style, composition, or aesthetic direction.
• Low-quality, infringing, incorrect, or non-compliant source material makes the result unusable.
• Already successful results that were regenerated again by the user.

Manual handling

Admins can manually adjust credits in special cases, but the action must be audited. Do not bypass the ledger or turn the policy into a cash refund promise.
